The purchase of ebooks implies full acceptance of these conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Subject matter of the contract
These terms govern the sale of digital content (e-books) provided in PDF or equivalent format, which can be downloaded immediately after purchase. They govern access to and use of the website and the purchase of the food products offered. By using the website and purchasing our products, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions
2. Characteristics of digital products
Each ebook is described on its product page. The format is digital and no physical media will be shipped. The content is intended for personal and no commercial use.
3. Prices and payments
Prices are quoted in euros (€) and include VAT, where applicable
The accepted payment methods are indicated at checkout (e.g. credit card, PayPal, etc)
Payment is made in advance: the ebook will only be avaiable for download after payment has been confirmed
4. Product delivery
The purchased product will be available for download immediately via a link provided on the order confirmation page and/or via email.

5. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 59, letter o) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for digital content once the download has starded, with the express consent of the user.
By making the purchase, you agree to lose the right of withdrawal from the moment the product download begins
6. Licence of use
The user acquires a personal, non-trasferable an non-exclusive licence to use the ebook
The reproduction, distribution, modification or resale of the ebook, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the written authorisation of the copyright holder.
7. Limitation of liability
Whille we guarantee the accuracy of the content, we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or that it is suitable for every specific person or professional need.
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the improper use of the content.
8. Personal data protection
Data processing is carried out in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). You can consult our Privacy Policy for more information.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The contract is governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the courts of the cosumer’s place of residence within the EU.
